  3. This module contains all of the declaration needed to control the RAS 
  4. interface (Remote Access Service,  part of Windows for Workgroups) Also has VB 
  5. fucntions which encapsulate the DLL calls, making it a bit easier to work with. 
  6. Used to write RASCAll utility.
